Bridget fell in love with dancing at the age of 4, in Sydney, Australia, and is as passionate as ever.
Having trained and performed professionally as a classical, neo-classical & contemporary dancer in Australia, Belgium, France and Portugal. Bridget's dance passion and experience is matched by her love for health and fitness.
Bridget is a fully qualified and insured Pilates & Barre instructor with a passion for achieving noticeable results in her clients. She works with a variety of clients, from top athletes to beginners.
Having had the pleasure of working alongside some wonderful physiotherapists,
health professionals and Fitness studios.
She holds a 16 REPs qualification for Barre Fitness, Beginner to Advanced mat Pilates,
Pre and Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for Orthopaedic conditions,
Diploma in Nutrition, Health & Fitness and Weight loss.
Her greatest joy is seeing how correct movement and positive mentality can
completely transform her client's bodies and life styles.
Bridget's goal is to share with you the amazing benefits of fitness and wellbeing.
