Raising your heart rate, breaking a sweat and of course challenging yourself in a safe and fun way.

Be ready to try new exercises and find out what your body is capable of. Working with resistance bands, sliders, weights, soft exercise balls and more.

Open to all levels and abilities.


Trial session £30

One-to-one:

Pay as you go 1 hour - £50 Package deal 10 sessions 1 hour - £400


Two-to-one:

Pay as you go 1 hour - £35pp

Pay as you go 1.5 hour - £40pp
