Bridget travels to you, at hours that work around your busy schedule.


As a qualified Pre & Post natal Pilates and fitness instructor, Bridget will guide you through safe and enjoyable exercises and stretches suited to your level to strength in preparation for a smooth birth, and to help strengthen and regain your strength post birth. With a deep focus on pelvic floor connection, breath, alignment, and core stability.

You will finish with a deep release and relaxation.


Open to all levels, please be aware if you are looking to start exercising for the first time once falling pregnant, you will need to provide a letter from your GP.


Trial session £30

One-to-One:

Pay as you go 1 hour - £50

Package deal 10 sessions 1 hour - £400


Two-to-One:

Pay as you go 1 hour - £35pp

Pay as you go 1.5 hour - £40pp
